Pembina Trails school bus drivers must have a Class 2 License and School Bus Operators Certificate.

Positions are part-time (10 month) placements. Pembina Trails has competitive pay starting at $28.11 an hour in your first year, plus pension and excellent benefits. The division has many four-hour and six-hour positions available.

Pembina Trails school bus drivers ensure the safe and orderly transportation of students to and from school. In addition to doing your daily route, you will also safely transport students to and from other school related activities during the school day.

As the school bus driver, you have the important role as the first person from the school division who greets our students at the start of the day and the last person to see them off in the afternoon. You’re an important part of many of our students’ school experience. They rely on their bus driver to get them safely to school and home again. As a Pembina Trails school bus driver, you are a role model for kindness, responsibility and safety to our students.
