2025-2026 Kindergarten Registration Info Night is Feb 6, 2025 at 6pm In Person at Bonnycastle School

  Our 2025-2026 Kindergarten Registration and Information Night is on February 6th, 2025 at 6pm. This information evening is for Parents/Guardians only.  Our future new kindergarten students will have the opportunity to visit the school later in the spring.

PLEASE NOTE: WE will NOT be accepting Kindergarten registrations PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 6, 2025 AT 6PM  in person OR by email.

Children born in the year 2020 are eligible for Kindergarten that begins in September of 2025. If you know someone whose child is turning 5 between January 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025, please let them know to come to our Information evening!
 
To prepare for registration, you will require the following documents in order to complete your child’s registration: 
1. Your child’s birth certificate
2. A Utility bill, mortgage or lease agreement as proof of residency and address
3. Permanent Resident Card (if applicable) 
 

*Please use the SCHOOL LOCATOR LINK on our website to be sure that Ecole R.H.G. Bonnycastle School is your catchment school for the French Immersion or English program. Your catchment school is the school assigned to your home address. NOTE: This may differ if you choose the english or french program.

**Registrations will NOT BE ACCEPTED prior to: February 6, 2025 at 6pm**

Beginning AFTER 6pm, on February 6, 2025, you can either print out your registration form and drop it off at the school for our Information Night, or you may email the form directly to bonnycastle@pembinatrails.ca.

 WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN SPRING EVENT  coming up in May/June, 2025 (Date and time is still to be determined) 

We are very excited to welcome your child to Kindergarten in the fall, 2025! You and your child will be invited to come to our Welcome to Kindergarten event in late May or Early June! This event will take place in person at our school and will give you and your child the opportunity to meet our Kindergarten teachers, specialists and student support teams, as well as see the wonderful learning spaces in our school.

In order for this experience to be as fun and engaging as possible for your child, we request that siblings remain at home.

Information regarding start up, class placements, and staggered entrance will be shared with you before the end of June, 2025.
