Student Activities

At Beaumont School we value the opportunities that caring for each other, our community and our environment give us. We emphasize the importance of student leadership and growth through:
- Student leadership opportunities (including, but not limited to): student secretaries, patrols, phys-ed leadership, student initiated school clubs, recycling management, etc.
- Community based initiatives (including, but not limited to): Koats for Kids, Winnipeg Harvest, Truth and Reconciliation opportunities, Terry Fox Initiatives, etc.
- Digital citizenship
- Cross-grade activity days
- Outdoor learning experiences
- School-wide sustainable practices: recycling, composting, battery recycling, marker recycling, reducing paper use/waste, etc.
- Ongoing school-yard enhancements
- Clubs and activities that arise from student interest (including but not limited to): art club, chess club, Makerspace activities, robotics, coding, juggling club, jump rope club, running club, dance club, cheer club, intramurals, volleyball and basketball club, book clubs and writing clubs.
