SEPTEMBER 2025 Homestay Program: students are expected to arrive to their homestay family between August 29 and August 31, 2025. Homestay program orientation is 8:30am on September 2, 2025. Regular classes begin September 3, 2025, 8:30am.  Semester 1 departures are between January 30 and February 1. Last day of academic semester is Wednesday January 29, 2026. *

FEBRUARY 2026 Homestay Program: students are expected to arrive to their homestay family between January 30 and February 1, 2026. Homestay program orientation is February 2, 8:30am. Regular classes begin February 3, 2026, 8:30am.  Semester 2 departures are between June 22 (non-graduating students) and June 30 (graduating students).  Last day of school for academic year is Friday June 19, 2026. *

*Note: we encourage students to arrive during the above noted timeframes.  Where this is absolutely not possible, we will accommodate a maximum of two advance arrival days (at a cost of $35 per day). There is no additional charge for insurance.

STUDENTS LIVING WITH A PRIVATELY ARRANGED CUSTODIAN, A PARENT, OR A FAMILY MEMBER: students with private living arrangements need to register at 181 Henlow before they can attend school. Please make an appointment with sxyang@pembinatrails.ca.
