New Update! 2026-2027 Kindergarten Registration

 Registration opens on Thursday, February 5, 2026  at 6pm for 2026-2027 kindergarten registration. Registration can be done in-person OR sent by email. 

We will NOT be accepting any early registrations.

Children born in the year 2021 are eligible for kindergarten that begins in September of 2026. If you know someone whose child is turning 5 between January 1st, 2026 and December 31st, 2026, please let them know to come to our information evening on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at 6pm.

To prepare for registration, you will require the following documents in order to complete your child’s registration: 
1. Your child’s birth certificate
2. A Utility bill, mortgage or lease agreement as proof of residency and address
3. Permanent Resident Card (if applicable) 
 

*Please use the SCHOOL LOCATOR LINK on our website to be sure that Ecole R.H.G. Bonnycastle School is your catchment school for the French Immersion or English program. Your catchment school is the school assigned to your home address. NOTE: This may differ if you choose the english or french program. 

**Beginning AFTER 6pm, on February 5, 2026, you can either print out your registration form and drop it off at the school, or you may email the form directly to bonnycastle@pembinatrails.ca.  

PLEASE NOTE: Please have your registrations completed with all supporting documents provided, submitted to our school office by Friday, March 6, 2026 to allow us to begin working on our classroom placements as efficiently as possible.

 WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN STAY AND PLAY SPRING EVENT -Date TBD  

We are very excited to welcome your child to Kindergarten in the Fall of 2026! You and your child will be invited to come to our Welcome to Kindergarten event in late May or Early June! This event will take place in person at our school and will give you and your child the opportunity to meet our Kindergarten teachers, specialists and student support teams, as well as see the wonderful learning spaces in our school.

In order for this experience to be as fun and engaging as possible for your child, we request that siblings remain at home.

Information regarding start up, class placements, and staggered entrance will be shared with you before the end of June, 2026.
